It is a third floor (top floor) corner unit, affording privacy and quiet. The unit’s wraparound main deck floor and railing were recently refinished. The deck is wonderful space, affording an excellent view of the City Park gazebo and park activities below, and of the beach area and Gulf of Mexico out on the edge of the park. We get beautiful sunrises from the main front wraparound deck, and sunset light from the west-facing area of the wraparound deck, and also from the rear deck. The rear deck also affords the best view in the island village of the most-recently installed osprey-nesting pole and nesting deck. Cedar Key is among the most bird-populated osprey and other raptor nesting areas in the country. It is birders’  paradise.
